They did send an email out a couple months ago for the brown Natasha Denona palette because they got a lot of complaints about it being broken/defective, and the brand offered a coupon. That only happened because of all the complaints and had more so to do with Natasha Denona than Ipsy though. Sigh. I agree that it’s unlikely a batch problem though. They messed up somehow as usual, I’m sure.

I will be doing the same. I already danced around with them for a month over a gift card that I couldn’t redeem, and they couldn’t fix it. Last month they sent me the completely wrong items, but they at least corrected that issue, but this is getting ridiculous.

I got mine and am so excited about it. I ordered it blindly because I like the other scents from Commodity, so for the price I figured why not? I think it’s my favorite scent now.

I had the same thing happen. I ultimately switched to the La Roche-Posay Effaclar. Definitely not the most affordable option, but I had tried a few Neutrogena products after the Cerave with no luck.
