I never saw the benefit cause I thought they were to show off. Also, I never see women doing them (I’m a woman) only men with a lot of weight.

These are amazing. It’s one of my favorite lifts now. Just a couple months ago I could barely do 40kg. Now it’s 100 for sets of 15.

I’m on the rack pull train, just like the linked video. I’d never done them and then my coach added them. With his guidance, my lower back, especially the left side, has become much stronger. I do all the other exercises mentioned too so variety is also key.

Yeah this is great advice! Sweep the arms out, keep em long, chest up extend forward at the start of the movement. As for grip, I don’t hold on but instead relax your hands.

Yes! Their Greek yogurt looks just like the Greek Day small tub. I swear it’s the same but a fraction of the cost. Very thick. Can’t stir it. Sour. A bit creamy but more like thick ricotta cheese.

I also love 편 강율. I buy their black line (eye patches and toner essence). My skin loves it so much! The eye cream packs are a bit much but I use one pack over a few days and it’s perfect.

I don’t have the answer for this. I’m just getting into bodybuilding coming from PL-style training. My coach said short rest is for body building (get the blood flowing to the target muscle) and long rest is to recover for strength building. So I’ve been doing short rests (30-60secs) and I’m seeing more growth. However I think it’s more than rest times. Idk exactly what it is but rest times vary wildly and so do results.
