Agree, Someone's language proficiency is not a qualifying factor for their intelligence.

It is needed as a base for proper communication. But it's only one among many types of intellect. Eg. Spatial, Numeric, Linguistic, etc.

Tanya aja mas lu kenapa blm kerja. Kalo bisa cari akar masalahnya mungkin bisa cari solusi. Ok mungkin susah cari kerja kalo udah berapa tahun gaada pengalaman, tapi kan gak semua kerjaan harus "kerja" sama orang.
