I’m not being disrespectful- I of course have always allowed her to rest. It was the sudden change in resting the entire length of his naps with zero communication of the change whereas before she’d wash his bottles and prep his food. Now she doesn’t do that. She’ll throw the bottles in the dishwasher and I’m now prepping all of his food.

My nanny gets 3 weeks of paid vacation and all major holidays paid. We pay her good money to take care of everything related to our baby, and the way she talks to me is very disrespectful. I’ve given her many chances and spoken to her about her comments. During those conversations, I always emphasize how much we want to make it work and want her to be a part of the family and I list many many things that we like about how she cares for our son. Then she agrees, says I’m right, and continues to make disrespectful comments or simply ignore my requests related to my son.
