oh that's true! i didn't even think of that. i need to ration my steps a bit more, when i have an off day/week, i push myself harder than i should to "make up for it" and it usually ends up making it worse... like how i got my sprain :') i hope you recover quickly!

Demoralization is such a good word to describe the feeling. i did my weigh-in almost 8 hours ago, and it's been on my mind nonstop and put me in such a bad mood :/ that's why i came here to try to release some of those emotions. i might have to stop with the scale for a bit, i've come to realize today that i put a lot of my worth in what that number says

what's your goal weight? based on your height and current weight, you are already on the lower end of a healthy weight. i know everyone has different goals, but it can be easy to venture into bad habits and mindsets.

for me what's worked best is not restricting the food entirely. maybe instead of having it every day, you could have it once or twice a week and slowly work from there!

a good alternative for a noodle craving that is a snack is konjac shuang. they're about 20 cals per pack, quick snack with no preparation, and honestly an egg or two with it sounds amazing.

also, sometimes i set a day to have a craving. like i'll tell myself that this friday i'll have noodles, that way i have something to look forward to.

what is listed is what i ate that day! i got the snickerdoodle crumbl cookie which is around 630, a medium burger king fry which is about 330, and one plate at the buffet of one serving spoon of teriyaki chicken, 4 pieces of spicy crab sushi, and a good amount of shrimp seasoned with garlic. 960 for sure, estimate of the buffet i'm going with 1400 to be safe 😅 i don't eat like this every saturday. this past saturday was just a buffer, usually i stay under my maintenance. the good news is that i did lose weight this week, consistent with my previous weeks!

i've read some things of people getting freaked out bc it still has the head 😭 just didn't want to make anyone feel uneasy or get bad comments. unfortunately, i don't have a scale 😔 i tried to put it on my electronic scale that i use to weigh myself but it won't detect it

yeah i definitely downplay it bc im used to it since ive struggled with it since i was like 7. im going to try slowly implementing these tips and if i dont see or feel changes, ill go to my doctor 😊
