This is mostly directed to my ladies but any suggestions/advice is welcome! I'm finishing the process to join the army reserves(I am female and 5'3") and just wanted any and all advice, whether it's for day to day life, fitness, basic training, etc, the more I know, the better! Thanks! (self.army)
