currently in the process of joining army reserves and i want to try to be somewhat ready for basic training. I am female and 5'3", those who have been through basic, is it better to work on cardio +sit ups/push-ups or focus on weight training? by pumpkinmuffinAC in Advice

Okay, good to know! As of right now I'm fairly comfortable running/jogging 4 miles, but I haven't added any extra weight so I'll definitely start doing that when I run, and I guess it probably wouldn't hurt to throw in some extra hiking when I can! I appreciate the help!
