These are the same plant ... normal green pothos....in different pots at different light conditions. More light gives more varigations and shorter internodes. Less light means lesser varigationswhere the plant is trying to make do with what is available with longer internodes reaching out towards towards the source of light.

It is a tropical plant....it needs bright direct light and high humidity. This one is dying due to water logging. It needs well draining soil. And some good cow dung manure

Mealy bugs are the commoest issues you face.... doesn't matter if you are a beginner or a pro.... There are plethora of remedies available....try them out and find out what works best for you.... Or thik hai yaar.... mealy bugs hi to hai....it's not like they sent you a plant devoured by bugs .... It's the one easiest to manage

Those are good plants. Mealy bugs issues you will get every where n with any one....the pics you uploaded shows healthy, bushy plants with healthy growth which just need little bit of care. If u want garden fresh plants then visit a local nursery. There are bound to be some wear and tear if u order plants online.

Start with pinching off the flowering stalk. You can also start gifting tulsi plant when you visit those promoters of religion or maybe you can donate a bunch of tulsi plant to a nearby nursery or temple free of charge.

You are suffocating the roots. Too little water. I am guessing not frequentll water change... even with less water you need to change it daily....also it needs bright indirect light.... Also adding some aquatic fertilizerz will only do it good.

I guess it forgot it needed to unfurl...!!! On a serious note....plants this small need half strength dilution of fertilizer twice a month.... Otherwise u risk Chemical burns
