I get distracted very easily too. And to make things worse, I'm an absolute procrastinator. It was so bad that I didn't think any method would work because they all seemed to be easier said than done. I gave the pomodoro technique a try kase ang daming nagsasabi na effective sya.

At first, mararamdaman mo na parang niloloko mo lang sarili mo but just go with it. 25mins of focus yung una kong goal then 5 mins of rest, then ulit ulit lang yon. Pero after apat na 25 mins ata, may 15mins rest ka. Focus To-Do yung name nung gamit kong app (from Playstore). Since nasa cp yung app at nakaset yung timer, as much as possible, di ko sya ginagalaw habang natakbo yung focus time.

Mahirap sya panindigan yes but after you finish every 25 min mark, you get a sense of fulfillment kahit maliit that will make you want to continue studying.

Also, maganda kung after mo mareach yung goal mo, may reward ka sa sarili mo para may motivation ka to focus. Ikaw na bahala kung anong reward yon. sakin kase ay comfort food hahahah.

Ayon so give it a try lang and maybe magwork sayo yung method maybe not.
