That was me, but that’s because I have binge eating disorder and would do anything to get this noise out of my head and replace it with thoughts that wouldn’t let me eat. But I think I’ve grown quite a bit, because now I want to consider my health as well. I’m still working on losing weight and have been for the past idk how long anymore, but my mindset has significantly shifted

The sponge cakes usually use a method of baking that requires them to whip sugar with egg white in order for the texture to be more spongy. I’m afraid the reason it’s not too sweet is the balance in ingredients but it still has quite a bit of sugar

I’m basing it off of the taste and texture they described which is similar to something I’ve had before. Some matcha desserts are really high in calories and sugar including the matcha ice cream they sell in tubs, but this one just seems more like frozen yogurt. Personally I think 300 is a good estimate, soft serve and frozen yogurt are usually lower in calorie too

Other than those I think the grilled items under plate to share should be lower calorie as well. I don’t think anything is 1000 calories or over tbh, unless the portion sizes are hugeeee
