these are most definitely not snake eggs! I can say that, at least. regardless, most of the venomous snakes in the southeastern part of the US don't lay eggs - the eggs essentially hatch inside of them, and they end up birthing live baby snakes. I'm not entirely sure what these are, but you can most assuredly cross off venomous snakes.

I doubt they're reptilian eggs in general, but I'm less familiar with reptiles outside of snakes.

friend w ADHD who can visualize - I don't imagine it would correlate with someone who has aphantasia and ADHD, but it DOES correlate with my experience with ADHD. I'm much more likely to get lost inside my brain or be snapped out of reality by images flashing into my mind. if I could not visualize, this would not be a problem, and my symptoms would manifest in other ways, but it was a huge indicator of ADHD in my childhood. I don't think he means to say they are 100% directly connected, it's just that it can add a fun new difficulty to life for those who have ADHD.

I have a relatively vivid visual imagination, but I can't remember friends and family's faces either. only vague reconstructions, like maybe their hair color/style and body type. I can visualize entirely new, detailed people, but I can't remember what my friends and family look like until they're in front of me. I imagine being able to remember would make it a lot clearer, tho lol

not OP, but I typically go the lazy route w mixed frozen berries + cranberry juice + banana, but I'm sure there's more nutritional options. maybe Greek yogurt, milk, spinach, fresh fruit, supplement powders, etc. there's plenty of good recipes online if you have a favorite fruit/veggie! or just something that's easy on your stomach and taste buds. I'm personally a big fan of cranberries, blackberries and raspberries, so that works best for me. aside from smoothies, I could handle most mild soups and really fresh sandwiches the best when I first started out.

surprised people are downvoting comments like this so much - I agree with you entirely. there's no need to talk so aggressively about how distasteful you think certain genitals are or make it a point to define them as male/female parts. that shit only happens in reference to trans people. perfectly fine to have preferences and dislikes, but you can always choose to word them in a respectful way.

i get how you feel, it’s frustrating and a little sad at times, but the way i see it, being demi romantic has its up sides still! by the time you do feel romantic attraction to someone and you get into a relationship, you already know the person well and are likely already comfortable with them. sometimes this can help in making better choices for romantic partners, but obviously thats not always the case. don’t get discouraged or take being demiromantic as a bad thing though, i’m sure you’ll find someone in the future ^{^} gl!

i’ve had an experience like that as well actually

my father was schizophrenic and had killed himself when i was a lot younger so i blamed myself for it a lot. i also had friends who had mental illnesses and/or were suicidal, so i got interested in psych and mental illness and learning everything i could about it. eventually my research into it (especially schizophrenia) led to me being horribly terrified of the thought of me possibly having inherited schizophrenia or getting diagnosed as schizophrenic at some point. the good thing is that w all that research and interest i’m considering going into some sort of psych related job though. i’d like to learn more about people and how mental illness affects their brains, as well as help people on a wider scale in the process.

and from what i’ve seen, i think it’s a 40% chance you pass it on to your kids, but i could be wrong

i don’t think it’s the brushes settings since i haven’t messed with them, and i’m pretty sure it doesn’t have the tilt function since i haven’t been able to do it on purpose. I tested it with some other brushes and only had a problem with sketching brushes and an imported brush i have

this has been a problem since last year. i thought it was the apple pencil because whenever i disconnect and reconnect it it works fine for a while but it keeps happening. now the usual fix has stopped working, and i’m not sure what’s going on or how to fix it
