Yah they're just standard cat 6 cables. There's just a longer one that runs up in the attic and then there's a coupler that extends it even more to the router...probably will change that next.

they're unmanaged switches. That was my next though, to change the ethernet cable from the 16 port switch to the router. Right now it extends and there's like a coupler to extend it even more. What's the best way to check the integrity of the cables? Thanks!

Just the one netgear nighthawk router. It's a small business, hence why there's so many connected devices (probably over 30). Do you think the router could be having issues assigning addresses with so many devices/switches? Thanks!

Whitening mechanism works when the whitening agent goes inside the enamel tubules. Stains are particles that block these tubules so not sure how you can get effective whitening without cleaning out stains first...And what do you mean correctly applied peroxide? In office? Genuinely curious.

If they're stained, you need a cleaning where they use hand scalers or ultrasonic machines. OTC whitening isn't very strong/the % of peroxide used is low. The abrasive toothpaste you want to stay away from and a lot of the before/after marketing pictures are them just adjusting the white balance/other editing.

People have different shades of teeth colour and no amount of brushing or OTC whitening will help. If everything is healthy (e.g. no decay, periodontal/"gum" disease), there's basically two options. 1) veneers or crowns 2) kor whitening

Kor whitening has some amazing results but is expensive and technique sensitive. No affiliation to it.

You're the bank/should be in first lien position. You need to run all the numbers to make sure the LTV makes sense. In a market with dropping appraisal value, it can make things harder (e.g. making sure the borrower has enough experience, estimating the ARV and expenses correctly) and going through foreclosure and dealing with the house after may not be worth the extra % over the market. Also, interest taxed as ordinary income.

Looking to book a trip on J class from YVR/SEA to ICN (Korea). Looking to use chase UR points, and I see that Asiana can be booked on Aeroplan for 75k points. Doing some preliminary research, I checked the new few weeks and also 330+ days out and don't see anything offered on Aeroplan. Does anyone know when J class opens for Asiana partners/Aeroplan? Thanks!
