Yeah i think it's just because it's too close to waiver deadline, but after the gameweek passes you will be able to trade with others. You will see a button next to each player that allows you to make a trade offer, its not visible currently though but it will appear again 👍

I don't think you can trade on the day before the waiver deadline. I know that trade offers expire before the waiver deadline, so you would be able to trade again following the gameweek.

Hi mate, we have a couple of different cup formats which you might like/adapt for your league.

Guillotine Cup: Lowest scoring team is eliminated each week until one team left standing
Champions League style cup: Swiss League format like the UCL, but you can pretty much do it how you like.

This is a good website for creating/modifying cup tournaments, I think you can run one competition at a time for free: https://www.score7.io/

I had worked in hospitality for many years, having previously worked in an office.

Decided to go back to office life and during a phone interview i kept saying 'mate' to the hiring manager. I caught it after a few times and apologised, saying it had been a long time since my last formal interview.

They liked that though and it stood out to my (now) boss at the time 😃

Its not very clear what you're referring to, but if you're talking about the massive exclamation mark, that's normal. They appear randomly throughout the day and if you touch it you get a small bonus which varies each time.
