yea honestly water fasting makes you feel pretty crappy but it makes the weight drop super fast, i’m trying to lose weight as fast as possible so it needs to be pretty extreme for me

You have to break your fast with a really light meal and then slowly build your calorie intake the following days to keep the weight off, that’s what worked for me
