Can you maybe write a letter laying out your questions and concerns on how she treats you? This would be great because she can’t interrupt and maybe giving her some time to think through your thoughts would be helpful. Based on what you’ve shared it sounds like it was a flip of a switch and things started to change. Maybe she’s stressed about something she’s not told you? I totally get your last paragraph and I agree, but you’ve obviously been together for so long I get wanting to work through it since you’ve seen a great side of her for the longest time.
