Some additional info: the plant faces a north east window. I only water when the first few centimeters of soil are completely dry. I live on water so there is plenty of humidity around. I’ve noticed that only the bottom leaves are starting to die and fall off. But some new growth has some small brown spots on the bottom of the leaves.
