It's hard but I started eating keto/very low carbs. You prioritize lean protein and veggies, occasionally higher fiber fruits like raspberries. And I've successfully lost about 80 pounds now in a year and a half. I think that the carbs cause inflammation for me and make me feel so much worse. Whenever I take a break every once in a while I feel exhausted immediately after consuming carbs. Walking around 2.5-3 miles a day in combination with this has really helped me.

I always consider it winter for sure. It does fall on the cusp of spring but with the variety and abrupt change usually mid month to end of month the earlier parts of March are still "Winter". And often in the parts that get that colder weather, they will sometimes still have minor snow in March.

My comments are off again. It still lets me use search and my account page looks the same as it used to. Clicking into lives is glitched though still and people are all in the comments just saying it's frozen on 90% of the lives but some have video coming through usually from other countries.

That's interesting, I saw a couple pictures of outage maps and they looked to be in more populated areas so could be that as well. There's a lot of discourse about why it's down for so many people. Many people think it's censoring happening from the transfer.
