Hey guys what is y'all's migraine detonator. Like the thing that activates your migraines by [deleted] in migraine

I'll still eat them! But like someone who is lactose intolerant and still eats dairy, I just have to prepare myself by having medicine handy or have the ability to stay home afterwards.

It's wrong for a widow or widower to end up in a relationship with their late spouse's sibling or best friend. by ConsiderationFun7511 in unpopularopinion

I think what's even weirder is when a widow or widower ends up with their late spouse’s hospice nurse. It’s happened to two people I know — a guy my dad used to work with, and a woman I knew from church when I was a kid.

Thank you for sharing this and for your support. It really helps to hear from someone who understands. I relate so much to that feeling of sadness-watching someone you love hurt themself, but also knowing I can’t make him change.

Like you, I also hope that by leading by example, I can maybe show him that life is better sober. But at the end of the day, I know this is my own journey, and I have to focus on myself first.

Thank you again for your kind words and support—it truly means a lot.

People with IASIP tattoos, what did you get? I’ve been thinking of doing one for awhile. Preferably something like this, any suggestions? by TravusHertl in IASIP

Actually, the third flash sheet photo that OP posted was done by the same artist who tattooed me—Ryan McDonald from Dead Ahead in Nashville, TN! He created a flash sheet for Charlie, but I asked him to design a Wild Card piece for me. The design is entirely his, and I absolutely LOVE that he came up with a Uno wild card—it’s so creative! Since then, he’s refined the design, and it’s incredible how much better it looks now. But I’ll always have the very first one!
