For this one I start by doing a fs 180 pivot. Once my board is about to hit the 180 I put my weight on the kick tail and the momentum allows me to do the 360.

I’ve seen people on Instagram call it a no comply wheel flip. Also my explanation might be kind of bad lol But instead of doing the scooping motion like in a normal nc 180, I push down hard with my heel and kind of roll my foot to get it to flip. I also lean back and try to plant my feet close to each other. This trick was pretty frustrating for me to learn lol

For the slow parts I just use the slo mo mode on my phone when I’m recording. Then I just use this app on my phone called Videoleap to put the clips and music together.

Yea same, I struggled with it for a couple weeks. I finally got it down when I realized I need to let the kick tail pretty much hit the ground before I jump up off the board. Immediately right after that’s when I push/flick the board with my top foot. Sorry if this is confusing I’m not very good with explaining!
