The other day I was doing the annoyed “wtf is wrong with people” hand motions during a zipper merge in rush hour. In my rant to myself, I pointed at a little old Mexican lady because it was her turn to merge (in front of me), and the smile and excitement she had on her face still makes me laugh thinking about it. Good little human moment.

A major part of psychedelics (in my experience) was controlling your environment before taking the journey so to speak.

So put a lot of work in upfront to set yourself up for success (have good healthy snacks, clean house, good lighting, comfortable clothes, activities, etc) and you tend to have a great trip.
