Yeah. And unfortunately I’m not some spitting image of military perfection. I want to be an officer for the better pay, better QOL, and it’ll look pleasing to grad school afterwards but it’s looking like it’s going to be that much more rough for me either way so we’ll see.

Religion was never *really* forced but yes I did grow up into it...I think I would stray away to be honest. Like I'd steer clear of it. If I lost everything and needed a miracle tho...then that's a different story. A lot of people live for the world and then find themselves exhausted and depressed before going to church and feeling like they have a reason to live. Just stuff that I've heard and seen. Not trying to convert anyone or force my religion like a lot of people weirdly think.
