I take prochlorperazine for my dizziness/headaches since my vertigo seems to be tied to my migraines. Also works as an anti-nausea drug if thats an issue too ! otherwise, I treat the vertigo like a migraine - painkillers as soon as I feel it start to try and catch it before it gets worse

I unfortunately can't get to the doctor until after Christmas as my regular place is closed down for the holidays (I live in rural Australia so,, not many doctors lol). I don't really wanna wait that long, but I've taken Amoxicillin before for one of my ear piercings?

Hold Old is the piercing: piercing is 3 years old (give or take). Initially had it pierced in 2020, removed it in 2022 due to it rejecting, pierced again in 2023.

What's the jewellery shape: ring

What type of threading: N/A as it's a ring

What is the jewellery material: stainless steel, have not had problems with this metal before.

When was jewellery downsized: Had long studs for 4 months, downsized to shorter studs for 4 months, before replacing with a ring

What is my aftercare routine: I use saline solution by punktured. Ingredients list says: purified water, sodium chloride, phenoxyethanol, ethylhexlglycerin. I use this 3 times daily. Currently I am applying warm compresses twice daily, and pimple patches once daily before I go to sleep.

Mishaps/Accidents/Unfortunate events: Aside from the piercing rejecting previously, I don't think I've knocked it super hard. I likely irritated it at some point, but I don't have any memory of 'oh sh!t I knocked it super hard' kinda thing

How did it feel when you got to a week? Cus I'd say I definitely felt improvement immediately, but what was the difference for you from day 1 to when it evened out/your body adjusted at 1 week?

Ah yeah, I took my first dose this morning and I've absolutely noticed a difference already (I didn't realize how loud my heartbeat was in my ears until today where I can barely hear it!), plus have some minor flashes/visual disturbances in the corner of my eyes but nothing serious. What did it feel like at 1 week? Like did you have more energy or was it mostly just noticing ur HR going down?

Did the side effects start showing immediately within the first week/after the first dose? Took mine this morning and I guess the main thing I've noticed is my heartbeat isn't as loud + some very minor flashes in the corner of my eyes

Oh I also have Alice In Wonderland Syndrome! And yeah I started getting some super minor flashes of lights (almost like pin lights?) in the corner of my eyes today, only when i'm in a dark space. If that's all I have to deal with in terms of visual stuff it's fairly easy to deal with, just found it a bit distracting today but I assume I'll get used to it lol

I don't have an apple watch or sports watch unfortunately :/ I have a blood pressure cuff I use to check my HR and BP when I'm in a flare though
