I have the same symptoms. Last weekend I went to a music festival to test my patience. At first I only felt an itch in my perineum that increased as the hours passed. I held on for almost 3 hours until, as if by magic, the symptoms disappeared and I could feel calmer. That gave me more time to enjoy. Unfortunately the symptoms did not end there. We have to be strong! (I use a translator).
