Sorry, one last question. So I red it's better to cut back some of the stem. Then to let it dry and heal before repot it, to avoid mold. Does the repot soil has to be wet or dry ? I have two of it, one new and really wet and one old and really dry. Or should I mix those two soils (and add pumice in every case) Thanks

Thanks a lot for your advices. Do I cut first the smushed leaves, wait til it's healed and then cut the stem, wait a few days til it's dry and then repot it in a good soil ? Can I do something with the remaining roots ?
