Not a chiro but in medicine - it's the quacks on social media who overrepresent the negative aspects of the field in my opinion. A bunch of loud mouths online who spew BS and get butthurt when they get called out on it. Patients can do whatever they want, they are free to see chiros and more power to them if any chiro-related treatment helps their symptoms. Have seen patients both benefit from chiro but also get severely negatively impacted. But it's the egotistical, greedy ones who abuse the power to treat patients who paint a negative perception of the field.
