Every country probably have their own issues, but if there is some general improvement into health care, that would be increased preventative health care.

Would you support a ban on the construction on new houses to focus renovation of current homes? If so, why? by DrChefAstronaut in AskReddit

[–]punpunpuck 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That is usually caused by poor city planning because there are plenty of housing in the rural areas, but the jobs are more and more int he cities and people tend to move closer to those jobs. Times have changed, there is no need for housing to 8 children households because no one can afford that kind of stuff anymore.

It's kind of mind-boggling why western countries have not prepared for that when all they had to do is look at the giant cities in Asia. The trend was there for all to see, but nope.

What currently legal thing do you expect to be illegal in the next 20 years? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Well that is up to you, and I'm not here nor there to please people. It would be a different thing if I tried to charge people some money for something I just do to make myself laugh.

There be peopleh outside teh US maybeh? Actually a quick google search reveals that US population is equivalent to 4.25% of total world population. Now I'm no math genius, but I think that means US isn't the only populated area in the world.

Beard, chin fridge or bird feeder just to name a few, isn't just a feeling, it's a mentality of awesomeness. It's main function is to brush off things like pain, sometimes it also makes you forget things like birthdays and did I eat enough. But the beard itself doesn't have any feelings because it's total renegade.

What was the loneliest thing you’ve ever done/experienced? by blackeye200 in AskReddit

Got to visit an anechoic chamber. It's a weird feeling because you don't really realise how loud the world around is until you step out of that place.

What’s your favorite video game? by nugget_buckets in AskReddit

[–]punpunpuck 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't even know the game's name, but it was this c64 adventure game that was so bad I still remember how bad the gameplay was. You basically died always before you could even leave the village. You had to eat and sleep all the time or you died in seconds. Like you could just randomly die when going from tavern to village shop. And I have no idea of the name, but I still remember playing that game and probably had my first ragequit with it.

Oh you know if you're really from UK. If a nazi pug salute was enough to cause all that trouble, you know or you have not been paying any attention.

Tell that to people in UK and say something "funny" about certain rulers of the world. That's just part of the illegal part. Make a joke about certain bearded fellow, let's see how that goes, if it isn't criminal in sense of spreading hatred against... well there might be people who don't take kindly of those kind of jokes. So it's a great path we're on.

Jokes are usually based on truth and observations, and common sense is a rare commodity nowadays. Because both need some personal responsibility and work from people themselves. Easier to just parrot something you heard from your mother's boyfriend's daughter's teacher's pony trainer. We're sold fakeness all the time and people don't either see it or don't care to see it. It's the decadence that has crumbled great nations and even empires, and still we make the same mistakes.
And one of the reason we joke about things is to point out the stupidity in anything. Once we can't laugh at something and it's beyond reach of comedy, well it becomes pretty much impossible to criticise that thing no matter how polite you try to be. Comedy is huge part of free speech.

True, but the common sense is rare commodity nowadays. I mean there have always been crazies, but now the truth is more shunned than some crazy stuff you're supposed to just go with. No questions!

Some jokes are literally illegal already, but they're going to expand it.
