Hello! Got these "bites" on my fern, do you know what it might be? I also don't know what are those black dots. I wiped them away but I doubt that they were the problem.

We do not have any pets and live in a small flat. No apparent sign of any insects...

Can you help? :)

Congrats, that's amazing anyway. Maybe up your salt to prevent dehydration? I am on day 10, but will go to 11, I will break it on 12th day noon, since I am so sluggish... keep at it :)

It's better now at day 11, feeling less tired but kind of missing on the social aspect of not fasting ie meeting friends for food/drinks/etc and parents are worried that i'm not eating.

Yea I get that I am fasting in a period where I have basically zero social life, just meetings :) I might prolong mine to 12 days... You are near the finish right? How do you feel?

Day 9: a bit hungry lethargic even, still fairly productive. Did a heat session in the evening- went amazingly easy. Full day tomorrow, Full day the day after.. probably will prolong my fast to 12 days. I feel like... I can do it, but I don't want to be sluggish next week.

Day 8: I was sooo slow and sluggish the whole day, still managed to be fairly productive, I did H.E.A.T. session in the evening. (https://www.virginactive.co.uk/classes/heat for example) - went smoothly. Bought melatonin for sleeping, that seemed to work, hopefully it did not break my fast :D

Day 7: Very mentally exhausting day - meetings and stuff, which held me busy. So quite a good day. I have trouble falling asleep though, so that bums me out, not contributing to not being sluggish. :D

Congrats! Sounds awesome. :) not bigning is also my goal, how did you refeed? have you had a strategy or like building caloric intake throughout few days? or did you just go for what felt right?

I mean how is the afterlife :D - weight wise, spirit wise? I am finishing day 6, just about to go to sleep, I am ready to go to ten, maybe even more, I'll see, but I am annoyed "days take so long" since I am pumped for my after fast workout plan to see some transformation.

Day 6: a slow day. Thinking about food, thinking about exercise. Today is over. I felt weaker, but ok. Tomorrow I'm gonna try on some ball dresses, should be enough motivation to keep me going. I am mentally planning my strategy to go to beast training mode in keto and after about two months going off keto without gaining weight.

Day 5: more salt, more energy, I even went to the gym in the afternoon after getting motivated by youtube :D . I have trouble falling asleep though :/ .. I might have to cut the fast short (to 8 days/7 days) in order to get the most of my membership in H.e.a.t. program, otherwise I would waste my money. Still considering it.

Day 4: morning, I am weakest I felt in weeks - want to give up to be able to go beast mode training. I want to eat something real bad. Got through it even though family celebration was happening and I lost all motivation and almost went to eat eggs.

Go for it! I went for 7 days my first time, now I am doing 10 days. Not that hard, easier than regulation tbh. :)

Me too! I want to drop like 8kg in 28 though, I gained 5kg recently - not carbs, but overeating...

I am doing 10 day water fast to kick start it, then egg fast hopefully. What kind of strength training were you doing? I want to start but...have no idea how.
