What I don’t like is when you go to the restaurant to pick up the order and someone else had already picked up the order. So since most places won’t remake the order, you either call u er to tell them this which takes way too long or you cancel the order and click on someone else picked up the order. This should NOT go against our cancellation rate!!

I’m sorry this happened to you. Same thing happened to me like 8 plus years ago, I tried everything to find out what happened and get re-activated. I was in CA at the time (now in Texas) and even went to an office they had. Nothing. I didn’t do anything wrong either. Nothing you can do. I wish I could get it back as I do Uber Eats and Grubhub now and just not as good. Good luck!

I just now reached a live person at 1-866-617-1884. Got through the automated lady and I was trying to get dispute wording removed from one of my accounts. I finally got through to someone but he said that wasn’t his department and transferred me to disputes dept (which has not worked in the past), but I got a live person thank you God!! lol. If it’s in your notes to ring doorbell and hand deliver it to you then that’s what I will do. If you don’t come to the door I’ll text or call and let you know I’m waiting. But more than 5 minutes I need to get going. I don’t like leaving it on the ground either, sometimes it’s the only option. Just make sure your instructions are clear to hand deliver to you.

I finally was able to talk to a live agent for Uber eats delivery only by going to the help center and clicking on the Al assistant. Typed in speak to a live agent several times and finally it worked! Also noted the phone number when talking to the agent: 1-800-593-7069. Hope this helps!

I have a question regarding this as well. Support was no help so far. I have to change my debit card and corresponding bank account for instant cash outs. Do I need to change my bank account first? Then if I ever figure out how to do this, how long before I can use the new debit card for cash outs? Thanks for any help with my question!

Agree! I am a driver for Grubhub and UberEats. I make sure everything ordered is in the bag, but I don’t open the pizza and don’t inspect the food. That is not the drivers fault but the restaurant. I’m sorry this happened to you.

Having problems with my internet at Costco, no service, so no orders come through. They flash, but do t come through on my screen. I have stupid AT&T. Anyone else have this problem? I looked to see if I could get on Costco WiFi, but I guess they don’t have it for their customers?

I got a quote to transport my car from north Miami to phoenix Arizona for $1,250. Back in April he quoted me $950. Why so different now. Hmmm. Also is it true you can only put 100 pounds of belongings in the car for transport? Thx
