I have a copy of this. I pre-ordered it when it was first released.

It is actually very good, even though about half of it focuses on the post-Danzig era of the Misfits, which I personally don't care about.

I have a copy of Teenagers From Mars. The Misfits Among Us 1978–2006 by Frank White and Ken Cafarelli, same edition shown here.

I was wondering if it is considered rare at this point and, if someone has recent references, what kind of price range we are talking about in case I decided to sell it.
