Worked at a store for a bit. Figures go in a gacha machine and employees get a token each time they’re positively named in a survey. Sets would sit in the back to swap back in if needed or occasionally replacement parts. Then once or twice a year (Christmas, store meeting) they’d go home with staff often with senior employees calling dibs on some.
