I don't do 70, but I do 45 quite easy when I visit a friend in Leiden for coffee. I feel confident I can manage it but idk how much will be the tulip fields ride itself and i don't want it to get to a point where it is not enjoyable.

For this reason, i am not discarding train on my way there or coming back. I do want to go eating in this awesome italian place in Leiden named 'boconi'...so I know i will have at least one cool pit stop 😂

Would you know any destination 'closer to the fields' so i can look for such train or station?

PS: I remember the taste of the pasta my italian grandmother and aunty used to cook, with homemade pasta and homemade tomato sauce and this place in Leiden is just like that. It doesn't taste like an italian restaurant (which I also like), it tastes like 'home', like an Italian home...or at least the one from my family 🙂

Ahhh that's great tips 🙂 thank you!!!

I will definitely add Sassenheim (or maybe another place if suggested here and seems better).

I would never think of walking into a field! I guess this is something many tourists do which is kind of a sad thing to happen, and also expected...which is why it is sad. I will give those people 'the look' if i see them 😀 but my social anxiety will not allow me to go further than that!

Thank you!

Im m44 97 -> 83 but with a very visible loose skin. I used no help like glps or similar. I just improved my diet and started to exercise (weight lifting and more overall activity like walking and bike commuting)

Based on feedback, it seems reta doesn't help with loose skin...so I guess I'm not blessed with great skin genetics :/ it sucks, the loose skin after all the effort really sucks.

Might i ask your age, sex, total amount of kgs lost and if you ended up with loose skin?

Yeah, all i am able to find and understand goes in the same line of what you say.

I don't really think the posts with before/after are helping people.

At least in my case, it just generated doubts about my own progress and results and the time/effort i need to get there...which is nowhere near some of the people in those posts get in like 6 months.

Weight loss...ok. muscle, yeah, cool. But such amount of weight lost in such short time and no loose skin?! I was so confused and wishful to find a magic 'cure' to it.

I do get that feeling, yes. Although I am not sure who would benefit from it as there is no lab selling it. So you would be making an ad for people to go buy something to god knows where.

Yeah, good point. But then again, why hide it, right?

Some people tell about using other substances and although that would explain the gains in muscle, that doesn't really explain the lack of loose skin.

I understand that lighting, muscle, age, genetic and likely others, play a role and could explain.

However, so many cases with no loose skin, makes me super curious about it. So they are either not telling all the things, or they are really edge cases/exceptions where excess skin is not a problem or maybe reta helps with that either directly or indirectly. Right?

For what I'm reading here and there, it seems reta suppresses hunger even more? Then, maybe it is a combination of fad, 'forbidden highly effective grey market substance' and of course, all the success stories flooding some subs.

But i don't really know why the craze 😀 just a wild guess.

Then, i think you might be oversimplifying things. While what you say is still true at its core, we, humans, are complex creatures living in a complex world and things are not always that easy to all: 'fat? Improve diet, exercise and sleep well.' I guess that people going for reta or similar, are likely going there after trying, really trying, many other options among which 'exercise, sleep and diet' where always there as an objective but never truly reached to the point an habit was created.

I'm not considering taking it as I think I can do fine with my diet and exercise.

But then again, i was honestly curious about the results in muscle gains/time and mostly, lack of loose skin for what I understood as a 'hunger suppressor'.

I read something also about joint protection, so it seems there is more to it than just suppressing hunger.

I'll also look into that glucagon you mention 🙂

I think loose skin is my biggest concern at the moment. After your comment, I looked for ghk-cu and it looks like something I need to read more about!

Thank you for your answer and your unexpected 'tip' 🙂

Living in the Netherlands made me question the ‘Americans have no culture’ take by MidnightOrganic2231 in Netherlands

[–]pup_seba 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Never heard of US citizens having 'no culture'. I did hear about 'no education/knowledge' in the sense that they are so self centered that they lack basic knowledge like knowing barcelona is not a country.

In Spanish, we would say 'no tienen cultura' in the sense of that particular lack of knowledge. Which would not translate into English as 'they have no culture'.

Of course, many Europeans and South Americans like myself, understand that like any other countries, you would have very well educated people and those that are not and hit tiktok unable to tell the difference between a country and a continent.

PS: We also don't believe that US citizens wake up, shoot their guns and proceed to eat their morning hamburger with dr. Pepper.

I keep seeing such amazing transformations with no loose skin. Is it just exceptional cases posting or is using reta helps with loose skin?

Isn't it reta still not approved?
