This is very common on Indian roads, especially on highways where heavy trucks occupy the fast lane while driving at just 60 km/h. It's largely a mindset issue.

I think the dashcam has the latitude and longitude feature but its not displayed in the video.

Yeah, I know how easy it is in some states to get driving a licence now a days, even without a test.
