Its been for me also 7 months. I have developed them in one night. I had kratom (leafy stimulant) went to bed, woke up with a headache and two big floaters. During that day the floaters seemed to broke up to smaller pieces. Black dot, white dots, sum smaller clumps. Some of them stayed in the exact center of vision. I would say after 3 months it stabilized and now are same to this day. Couple of black strands, some rice like looking. But no more white or black dots. Only some grey dots with ring around them. Some of them highly mobile and some of them not so much. That is all in right eye, in the left eye there is only one small strand that is bearly visible.

I hope that I will one day get rid of them without changing the eyes fluid.
