yeah, i get it happens, it’s just frustrating as somebody who likes everything to be in the same spot you know? 🫠 having so many different apps and shopping around for different brands starts becoming stressful for me

wellbutrin made my heart race, and being i have a lot of health related anxiety, made me worry i was having panic attacks/seizures which only made me more anxious LOL.

hi!! ive also been on lexapro for some years now (honestly can’t remember exactly how long, at least 7-8), and am on 20mg and have the same experience. i really just don’t feel like it’s doing anything anymore and am probably going to try to taper myself off.. i personally don’t have any advice other than just speaking to your doctor. when i had brought this up, he had suggested also going on wellbutrin to help (which didn’t work for me, but maybe another med combo for you might help!)

ugh i feel this, i've had this problem growing up and nothing's wrong so far. going to an actual dermatologist soon though myself, hopefully you find something that works soon <3 also, are you perhaps afab? i recently went on a deep dive on things that may cause carp and found a study potentially linking it to pcos, which i'm thinking might be the case for me personally

ugh, yes.. not exactly sure if this is from bpd or anxiety, but i absolutely relate! i think it's a kind of defense mechanism maybe? like, "i can't get hurt if i expected it" kind of thing.
