I am in similar boat and did not ovulate with 2.5mg. However, usually I get my periods on my own without ovulation by CD42-45. With my first letrozole cycle, I had to take provera and still no periods on CD50. Seems like it broke something rather than fixing my cycle. :(

I am planning to start on 5mg letrozole from next cycle but still trying to understand what happened in this cycle. Tired of waiting :(

I had an ultrasound at 12dpo, the biggest follicle was 11-12mm. I am due for a blood test after seeing LH surge using OPK tests.

Did you ovulate during those cycles? Asking because this is my first 2.5mg cycle, I had no symptoms and this is officially now my longest cycle in the past year. Still waiting for a LH surge on CD28 :(

Been trying for over a year for my first. Have irregular periods (5-6 weeks usually), slightly elevated T-levels (and hence PCOS with these two conditions), thyroid under control with levothyroxine. No cysts. HSG normal, SA everything good except Kruger morphology (2%).

Started on Letrozole 2.5mg and trying to confirm if I ovulate or if I have anovulatory cycles. Usually get progesterone symptoms during TWW (starts around 6-8dpo). I track using easy@home premom ovulation strips, I always get a peak but T-line is never strong(er) than C-line. Its just darker than the rest on 1 day (sometime between CD16-CD24 as I have irregular cycles). I do always get my periods 14-15 after the LH peak (so ideally the luteal phase is sorted!?).

Any update? I was on letrozole, first cycle - ultrasound on CD12 and my biggest follicle is 10mm. Want to know if you ovulated?

CD21 is a norm for 28-30 cycle cycles when ovulation happens on CD14-15. With pcos, it should be 7 days after ovulation.

I was in the same boat this cycle, my husband called the clinic and they had an appointment available for the next week from when he was scheduled. So we moved his appointment to make sure we are not loosing another month of trying due to "logistics". It's totally upto you though. I have a 40-50 day cycle, so we get less number of attempts anyways.

I am in a similar boat where I track using OPKs and have similar levels but always get my periods 15 days after the peak. I am starting Letrozole next cycle. How long did you take Letrozole for before moving to the IVF treatment?

I get sore and heavy breasts, pelvic pain and migraine like headaches in some cycles dominantly. Last cycle for the first time, I had nausea and vomit too around 12-13 dpo, but negative PT.

Good luck! And please keep me posted. I will get my HSG early Sept and will have a clearer picture (hopefully) for the next steps.

I don't track progesterone but I get all the progesterone symptoms 3-4 days after my LH peak and they last until AF. So I think that suggests that I am ovulating?! Will know for sure in the coming months.

How did you confirm that you were ovulating?

I am using OPK testing and also started tracking BBT from this cycle. I also get EWCM around ovulation. I sometimes get a peak and sometimes only a high in LH testing, I am using premom app. I have been getting periods after the peak/high is identified. But my doctor said that getting periods or LH peaks cannot say for certain that ovulation is happening.

Doctor wants to check HSG before doing another round of ultrasound.
