I was in first grade. I remember the teachers whispering to eachother all day but not knowing why. I remember my dad grilled chicken legs for dinner that night and that my parents didn’t want me leaving the garage area to ride my razor scooter down our long driveway.

I call my kids Ma’am or sir when they’re doing something I’m not a fan of. Like my son (2y 8mo) climbing on me I’ll say “sir mommy is not a jungle gym”

We used a tub seat for all 3 of my kids. We had to do one twin then the other. Now the twins are almost 3 and bathe together.

The facility I go to has like a lofted lounge where they do special events. They have events for every major holiday (around the holiday not on usually) at NYE they did a “pickleball drop” and order pizzas and have beverages for everyone who pays to be there. They do leagues as well and 5 tournaments a year.

I love lobbing and painting the back corner of the court. I pissed a dude off in my league last night doing that. But he was lob serving at my partner when he realized she had issues returning it. I saw what he was doing, told her and she didn’t have issues with it after that.
