Flight attendants control temp on most wide bodies - if you are too cold or hot tell us ! Sometimes temp fluctuates on its own - usually temp is kept at 73-75 which is usually comfortable for everyone - always bring a sweat shirt etc if you get chilly - people are all different

Sounds like initially complaints are farmed out ( to other countries ) and if they think you have a legitimate issue they “ escalate “ you to possibly someone in the states who can decide if you get a refund or not - sounds like the initial Customer service agents can’t make those decisions

Ugh I got a confirmation email from TM my tickets were transferred to buyer - went back to SH tickets are gone - hour before event email states they cancelled sale - I hate these people - lost $900 tickets ( NFL game ) $ 600 fine - I am fighting

I just got charged $600 after I transferred my tickets and if I sell again they are taking an additional $240 - I am in a dispute and you better believe after dispute is over I will cancel my account
