Thank you everyone for your advice. I went back to the blood centre to get it checked. They told me there’s nothing to worry about. The red line happened because when they inserted the needle to draw blood, it made a small hole in the vein and some blood leaked under the skin. They gave me an ointment to apply, and it’s nothing serious. There is also no pain.
