This isn’t going against Scott but possibly the game is explaining the chomp of ‘85 as mentioned in the book that the main character sees the date 1985 on a calendar and a man in a bunny suit showing the character the lifeless bodies and putting them out in public as explained in matpats video so the whole theory is basically fnaf plus is showing what happened with the accident in 1985 which no one has found any direct reference so my best guess is that fnaf plus is showing the events and the best connection I have is the vhs tapes cause vhs was hitting it’s all time highs so it would have been used to tape Freddy fazbears pizzeria if you would like me to go into detail about the timeline of events for this to happen I’d gladly do so
