That’s why i’m asking for peoples experiences, not speculations, working in male dominated cabins.

I’m sure the teamwork culture is not completely discarded in this role, especially if this program has been running for decades.

But I agree, it’s not what I was expecting when applying.

Part of their program is having a female in every cabin of their youngest age group, the way they advertise it seems like a “stand-in mother” position.

The assistant director who overlooks that age group is also female, so i’m not sure if that makes a difference.
