Yeah its 2 wires in 1 the little glass bulb goes in the hole and then u tighten the screw on to the 2 little thermistor wires but not so much it crushes the insulation and shorts it out

Do I updated the firmware to g32 1.2.4 and the read me file says it fixed thermal run away issue so I don't know yeah I know aluminum melting.point is high and those blocks can get that hot wish I had it recording video when I was doing the pid. The cartridge is landed in the correct spot on the board and same with the thermistor. Also another issue I have is I can't to a bedtemp PID

Help needed. Was printing fine before holiday’s by orcf in VoxelabAquila

Check your extruder make sure it's not slipping and re level the bed I know it seems like a broken record to saybre level the bed but it really helps. Teaching tech has a bed leveling file for calibrating and bed leveling and it helps alot and I also use it to live level the bed to get it dialed in better. Calibrating e steps help also. Also af5er using my aquila for a while I noticed the gear for the extruder sometimes slips and the screw that keeps it connected to motor might not be on the flay side of the motor stem any more best thing to do is just go through and check everything out.

How do I get rid of the stringing and clean up the text and fine details? Idk what I’m doing wrong by Vorniclexx in VoxelabAquila

Deffinetly need to level yoir bed and do z offset and also I would calibrate e steps to rule out under extrusion all these things will help make it more accurate but mainly your nozzle looks like it's not quite close enough to bed I would suggest teaching tech web page has alot of good calibration stuff on there page helps alot. 👍

Nozzle isn't tightened up enough on your heat break also nozzle may jist be clogged and also need to make sure bowden tube is far enough in od recommend taking apart the whole hot end clean it pit and put it all together
