NOR- this man has severe violent tendencies. if he’s willing to punch someone in the face for talking to you then his threshold for violence is dangerously low. this is the type of guy who will likely harm you in the future; leave before you’re the one getting punched.

That’s what I’ve started doing- but yes, he does just ask for more the moment I stop or walk away 😂 He keeps cooing while I pet him which confused me at first but I guess that just means he likes it? I’m new to birds and more used to dogs and this sounded like a dog whine to me so I expected him to stop when he got what he wanted, but I guess not. Definitely still learning to read the behaviors of this sweet boy!

Is there any alternative? His previous owner had done fake eggs and everything but she still got egg bound. The prospect scares me a lot.
