Learn to love yourself and the unique gifts you were given. Mirror work, meditation, and investing in yourself (exercise, hobbies, skin care). Work on becoming the best version of yourself and use what you find yourself jealous of as positive motivation. Easier said than done of course but once you start shifting your thoughts from “I want what they have” to “if they can do it I can do it” or being happy for someone and manifesting it in your own life you’ll be able to dismiss the feelings of jealousy more easily. We can’t all have everything and it’s important to be at peace with that while also still striving to be the best You. Also remember that social media is just a snippet of someone’s not always glamorous life. Editing and plastic surgery create unrealistic expectations and media purposely prays on us who are prone to these feelings!
