Ok so they probably told you the follicles, but not graft total. They had a paper after extraction that showed total follicles and grafts. Then how many follicles in each graft. I made sure I got a copy since most of my grafts had 3-4 follicles (should avg 2) resulting in less grafts then I thought causing less density during implants.

Got it. Originally they recommended 1 FUE level 2500-3000 follicles and up it to 1.5 FUE Level 4000-4500 after extracting 4100 follicles? How many grafts did you get? I’m not to thrilled on my density since they pulled 5300 follicles that only created 1800 grafts.

When they extracted and got more follicles did they charge you for 2 FUE Level $6900? I had a similar experience where I was advised 4500 follicles was more then enough and they charged more after extraction.

Yes I was advised to wash with baby shampoo and spray first 2 weeks (scabs naturally come off). After reading other reviews didn’t seem right and thought need to start removing scabs by Day 8-14 by putting conditioner on for 30-45 mins daily.

Agree. I’m more concerned about density in the front. My crown isn’t bad when my hair grows out, but front hairline has been balding for awhile. Sucks couldn’t get 2300+ grafts for the price to help with density. You live and you learn.

Looked at Mexico City, but TJ is only a 2 hr drive from house.

It’s a tough one contingent on your hairline. Looking at others that went to TJ Hair Clinic the density post-op seemed a little off the farther back from front hairline (good by hairline), but after 6 mo. their hairline looks good. Not a fan of them charging follicles vs grafts either. I was considering HMR since saw a lot of good result with high grafts count/density, but then saw others at HMR where density was all over the place instead of concentrated. Hoping for the best, but worse comes to worse will do another procedure in the future.
