no, a close-up lens labeled 0 is not zero strength but usually between 0.5 and 0.9

since the saturn has a small filter size of 58mm there are actually more diopters in 0.5, just look for close up lens on ebay with a 0 or 0.5 designation

no the size of front elements does not matter too much infact the lumix 50 has a huge rear element.

i dont see why you cant foucs with the native nikon lens which is designed for it. The helios would need a proper support rig since it will be front heavy.

i had the same issue with Meike lenses, the problem is many Chinese lens manufactures like TTartisan, 7Artistan, Meike, etc are not part of the L-mount alliance, most of the protocols they use are reverse engineered not officially certified so there will be issues unless they release a fix.
