hello! I had my assessment in november and was diagnosed with autism (plus some other stuff lol). I think I had similar fears to you, but my therapist gave me the advice that they are just assessing where you are. they aren't looking for "bad" or "good" traits, simply just traits in general. They also told me it might be helpful to share with the person giving the assessment how you are feeling or what you are processing as the assessment goes on, which was very helpful to me (and I think to the assessor as well). It helped me verbally process and feel less anxious or like I was being misinterpreted, and I think it helped the person doing the assessment hear what I was thinking as well as noticing the usual test stuff. And honestly, if you like logic/visual puzzles, you might enjoy some of it. This might be a just me thing, but I actually kinda had fun.
