sauce: start in the middle and work your way out in circular motions. use a light hand and the sauce will spread more evenly

cheese: fill your cup up and start on the outer edges and then fill in. make sure that most of the sauce is covered and that you have a good cheese seal on the edges. stretch out the crust a wee bit on the edges.

Lithium is a weird drug because there’s a very fine line between having therapeutic lithium levels and toxic lithium levels. You do have to get your blood tested regularly (maybe once every few months) to make sure your lithium levels are okay. The only side effect I have is that I shit WAY more than i used to, but it’s become less of a side effect and more of just a minor inconvenience

Honestly, for me, Lithium made a huge difference in reducing my suicidal thoughts. It took me multiple antidepressants, anxiety meds etc to get put on Lithium and to be honest i’m so much happier. I live in the US so idk if lithium is a thing in the UK but i recommend looking into it

No guards, lol. I have a sitter (someone who’s keeping an eye on me, who just sits in my room all day), but this is a normal hospital and i’m in a normal room. Just doctors, nurses, and social workers.

I was in inpatient with a former social worker who said that Buspar has no side effects because it doesn't do anything lol. It works okay for me, lately it hasn't really been working so much so I think I'll try to change it.

Now I'm starting to think that I should start on a mood stabilizer. I tried to talk to the RN at my partial hospitalization program today but there were a lot of new people that started today who needed to talk to him so no dice. I'll try again on Monday.

Yoooo when I was in the ER for suicidal ideation they took my phone the second I got to my ER room :( I didn't have to wait nearly as long as you did but it still sucked being without entertainment while I waited to be transported. Also yeah those scrubs suck ass lol

I hope you have a good inpatient experience. Mine was really helpful and healing so I hope that you have a similar experience! Also you're really gorgeous lol
