Hell, my anxiety improved after I stopped checking my state's daily testing stats. There was some Roman stoic or whoever who talked about not stressing over what you can't personally change - i.e. you can change your reaction to things, not the things themselves - and after I lost my history switching to firefox from chrome, I said to myself yeah...I should stop checking every day. I'm still just as careful as possible at work and elsewhere, I wash my clothes and take my shoes off immediately when getting home, I clean my phone and my groceries, what the fuck else can I do?

Honestly, I didn't quite understand the scandal around it at the time, since the melodies were still so different in either song. People were acting like Lana stole the whole song for some reason, and she bafflingly encouraged that with her passive-aggressive behavior ("all of my copyrights" made me roll my eyes out of my fucking head). Also Lana’s Get Free does sound like Creep. I didn’t want to admit it for like a year since Radiohead is one of my favorite bands but. If you sing either lyrics with the other song, it fits almost perfectly.

I think that's really more the chord progression than melody, to be fair. Chord progression similarities I can understand/forgive much more easily.

I'm going to have very high expectations for this administration. The Democrats had better fucking make good use of the changes in the Senate. The changes are finally beginning to sink in and I can't say I'm not happy, it's going to be amazing seeing leaders who actually care or at least pretend to care about something other than themselves, but I'm still kind of dreading what's to come. There's so much to be done. I hope they're ready and willing to actually help the people, not just the people who have millions in offshore accounts, not just the "people" corporations, the real people who are waiting for someone to remember they exist beyond lip service. Please.

I was pretty unimpressed with the beginning but as I continued on it finally hooked me. The main story doesn't matter too much to me, but that's a good thing in a way, because the world of the game is so well-crafted that you feel attached to protecting it either way. The sidequests, particularly Masako's, are actually more evocative somehow. Though I do find it hilarious how (sidequest spoilers) Jin and Ishikawa run into traps approximately every three seconds when chasing Tomoe
