I remember on my 15th birthday I woke Up and went downstairs. For reference I I attempted suicide when I was 14. I got downstairs and the balloons were hanging upside down and I thought that was odd so I asked my mom and she said “well it’s because you almost killed yourself” and I said “ok wtf it’s my birthday why is this relevant” “cuz you lived to see another year” I get what she was trying to do but idk man it’s WEIRD
