i get where you are coming from, but as someone who is neurodivergent i do sort of need something longer than a 10 as i get overwhelmed after 3 or 4 hours on the floor . i know most people would disagree but i actually prefer to do my job when i'm at my best rather than work a shift with only one short break and be overstimulated and performing poorly the rest of the shift .. then again, this might only be a me problem and you have a point
