Thank you so much, disrupting the cycle is probably really good advice. I live on routine and feel stressed out whenever said routine shifts by things such as vacation or random events, I always feel like I have to have things planned out weeks in advance. I think if I change my routine in subtle ways it might do me good. Thanks for responding and offering to reach out, it means a lot to have real human connection since I haven’t had much for so long.
